After login to the VM-Cloud service, specify the plan from the [Apply for monthly member / Purchase tickets] button on the HOME screen.
If you purchase by credit card, you can start using it immediately.
If you would like to apply for a plan other than the display plan or issue an invoice, please contact us from the "Inquiry Form".

• Ticket Member

  Ticket members pay according to the number of times they use it. There is no limit to the number of user IDs. You can add users on the member page.

  ※You can only purchase by credit card. if you have any questions, please contact us.
  ※Ticket will be used for each user.

  About coupon tickets You can use the ticket purchased in advance and use it at the spot. Currently, there are the following two types.
  ・1-day ticket
  ・11-day ticket (* 1 day discount)
  

  * You can use the service unlimitedly within 24 hours from the time when the automatic calculation is started.
  * Do not use tickets to view past data calculation results.

• Monthly member

  Monthly membership is a monthly usage fee. (The number of times of use is unlimited)
  There is a limit on the number of accounts that can be used.
  

  *You can only purchase by credit card. if you have any questions, please contact us.
  * The usage fee within the application month is free.
  At the time of application, you will be required to pay the usage fee for the next month for one month in advance.

  About cancellation The minimum usage period is one month.
  You can cancel at any time after one month.
  The cancellation application month changes depending on the cancellation application time.

  • If you apply for cancellation during the period from 1st to 20th, it will be canceled at the end of the month.
  • If you apply for cancellation during the period from the 21st to the end of the month, the cancellation will be made at the end of the following month.

You can register additional users from the member login screen of the administrator ID.
For details, refer to "1. How to add users" in "5. User Management" of the operation manual.

The image of the data registered before becoming a paid member has a watermark of "SAMPLE" .
If you recalculate, the "SAMPLE" character will disappear.
